Whaaaaaaaaaattttt. This is terrible news!! The former Sopranos star suffered what was called a "massive heart attack" in Italy at the young age of 51. So sad.

Jason Kidd Retires after 19 NBA Seasons.

Noooooooooooooo. Jason Kidd has had a wonderful, Hall of Fame career and even though he had a rough end of playoff performance, I have mad respect for him. Farewell Jason!

Amanda Bynes Has Been Captured!

By the Po-Po!! Amanda was arrested in Manhattan after throwing her bong out of her midtown apartment window yesterday evening. Apparently Miss Bynes was rolling a J in her lobby and smoking mad weed which caused others in the building to complain. She was also taken to a local hospital to be evaluated because it's clear that people suspect she might be a little mentally unstable. Anyways, if Amanda really does have a serious mental issue, all jokes aside, hopefully she will get some help. I have to admit though, it was a bit fun watching her antics recently. Smooches.

I know it happened a few days ago, but I've yet to comment on the fact that the Knicks were ousted from the playoffs by the Indiana Pacers in 6 games mostly because I didn't want to think about it. The Pacers physical style of play down low & rebounding domination was simply too much for the Knicks to overcome in this series and it certainly manifested itself. Melo did his best to put on a show and try to save this series in game 6 as the Knicks attempted an epic comeback on the road, but it wasn't enough.

The Knicks will have to spend the offseason working hard to continue to make the offense gel and possibly add some needed depth for their big men who were dominated throughout this series in particular.

In terms of individual play, Melo did what he was supposed to do for his team but didn't get the support he needed. J.R. Smith was ice cold throughout this entire series and that really really hurt us offensively. In addition to this, Tyson Chandler was uncharacteristically disappointing in this series as well. I don't know what his deal was. On a positive note, Iman Shumpert really came on strong during this series, and Raymond Felton showed us why he was the right choice for this team over Jeremy Lin.

The Knicks will have awhile to reflect on the season and hopefully will come back stronger next year in hopes of going even deeper into the playoffs. It will be interesting to see if J.R. re-signs, and if Kidd, who also had a lackluster playoff performance, will retire. Anyways, Smooches.

ATL Housewife Porsha Stewart is Gettin' Dumped!

I know I'm late because I've been extremely lazy about posting lately, but Kordell Stewart has filed for divorce from his wife Porsha! During this season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, we've gradually seen the ladies point out to Porsha that Kordell is controlling, and it seems that these opinions may have rubbed off on Porsha herself. As the season has progressed, Porsha seems to want more independence for herself, and Kordell did not seemingly want to budge.

Well, it seems that Kordell has given her that independence after all. He apparently blindsided her with the divorce, as she found out from the media before anyone else!! That ain't right. Anyways, I guess Porsha's intro line "People say I have a picture perfect life, and I do" is quite untrue now! Smooches.

R.I.P. Jerry Buss

Legendary owner Jerry Buss has passed away today. Jerry was the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers and helped his team win 10 NBA Titles during his lifetime. Apparently he had been dealing with cancer for awhile and died as a result of his kidneys failing. Obviously a death of any kind is very saddening, but a story of this magnitude could be the something that wakes the struggling Lakers up and causes them to make a strong push in the second half of the season. R.I.P. to not only one of the greatest owners in NBA history, but of the entire sports world.

My Mid 20s Blues.

I'm still living with my parents. I will be 25 years of age in June of this year. I have no job. At this moment, I feel as if my life is going absolutely nowhere. I have a college degree from an "elite" university here in the U.S. and really feel like it's been completely wasted since my graduation which was nearly (gasps for air) 3 years ago in May.

Since my graduation from college almost 3 years ago I feel like I've accomplished absolutely nothing career-wise. I've bounced around from non-profit job to non-profit job, barely making any money, and pretty much hating every position I've landed. I was laid-off from my shitty job starting in the New Year, and recently just quit a temp job after only 2 weeks because I couldn't stand sitting at that desk entering in ridiculous codes for some shit I give no fucks about at all.

Now, don't get me wrong people. I know things could be worse. I could not have a degree at all, be a drug addict, a prostitution-whore, or even Lindsay Lohan's drug dealer. Fuck, I could have no legs, be deaf, and have no dick!!! But, I'm proud to say that at least so far, I've avoided those career paths. And I use "so far" with great hesitation.

I guess the question I wish to ask in this post is, "Will this bullshit of a life of mine right now ever get better?" People constantly tell me that it will, and that I'll be able to look back in 5-10 years and laugh at all of these growing pains and what not. But, it really doesn't seem like that right now. I'm beginning to get a bit more of an idea of what it is I want to do, but I'm getting impatient with myself, and my current situation. I constantly shit on myself for the state of my life at the moment, and am by far my toughest critic.

This post is obviously just me ranting. I don't know if this is any type of Quarter-Life Crisis or whatever, but I'm really really hoping I can turn things around soon. Anyways, smooches to anyone who can really feel me on this. Let's pull ourselves out of this shit-hole!!!

Tragedy Strikes a Connecticut Elementary School.

I'm not going to sit here and update this story hour by hour like I've seen from various news outlets, but neglecting this story would be absolutely ridiculous. Earlier this morning, 20 innocent young children  and 6 adults were shot and killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut by a very very sick individual. I don't even know what the fuck to say. This is one of the most disgusting, horrendous things I've ever heard in my entire life. There are no words to describe how tragic this is and it highlights how truly sad our society can be at times. I hope that somehow the families, especially of these young children, can heal, but that day I'm sure is far far away for them.

All I can really say is that we must recognize the importance of being compassionate for one another because this incident shows how truly twisted and fucked up certain individuals in our society can turn out. Oh, and do you think it's finally time to BAN MOTHER FUCKING GUNS AMERICA?! I know people are too caught up in their right to bear arms, but seriously get over yourselves and wake the FUCK up! I posted Obama's reaction to this as well above in a speech he gave earlier today.

Hurricane Sandy...

Was a bitch that can suck a fat dick. Sandy ripped through the east coast and is still headed up towards Canada. Close to a million people lost power in NYC alone, including people I know, and I am very grateful that didn't happen where I'm staying! Sandy is also reportedly responsible for multiple deaths up and down the east coast, which is really very saddening. In addition to this, the public transportation system here in New York has been shut down since Monday, and it seems like it may not be up and running fully again until the weekend, which is absolutely unheard of here. I hope everyone is staying safe and throwing up the middle fingah to Sandy!!!

Farrah Gets Plastic Surgery...

Farrah Abraham, one of the stars of the MTV reality series Teen Mom, has gone and got plastic surgery and I genuinely have no idea why. She says she did it to "improve her love life" but it really is not a good look for her judging from these pics. I thought she was pretty before! Oh well. Smooches.

Donald Trump Can Go Kill Himself.

The wonderful, hottie known as Donald Trump wasted his time releasing a video making claims that he had something to say about President Obama that would damage his campaign or some bullshit like that. The almighty Donalda wants President Obama to "release his college records" to the public for whatever reason in hopes of making him look bad, and in return Donalda said he would make a $5 million dollar donation to some charity. All I have to say to this is SHUT THE FUCK UP AND SIT DOWN because NO ONE CARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Him and his toupee can suck it for eternity. I'm not even going to post the ridiculous video he produced, because I doubt anyone wants to waste a valuable few minutes from there life. Go to hell Donalda.

Unfortunately, today may be Andy Roddick's last day playing professional tennis. Andy just came up short in the U.S. Open to Juan Martin del Potro and is set to retire at the young age of 30. This is a sad day for tennis and a sad day in general because Andy is a cutie with a good sense of humor. So, smooches to Andy and thanks for all you have given to the sport of tennis.

Apparently our gyal Riri's grandmother has passed away of cancer. Rihanna did a show recently in Europe in which fans were upset that she seemed too fucked up to perform or what not, but now it seems that her grandma's passing may have had something to do with that. Sending smooches your way Riri.

Another Year, Another...

BET Awards y'all! Grab yo weed, kool-aid, fried chicken, Alize, and anything else that embodies the stereotype of being black in this country, cause the BET Awards are airing tonight. It should be an absolute mess as it is every year, and count on some hood-ass shit to go down consistently over the course of the night!! This year will also most definitely consist of a tribute to Whitney Houston, which knowing the producers over at BET, will probably include something classy like rolling out her dead body onto the stage to perform....


Some things I am interested to see though, are the rumors that Jay-Z and Beyonce will be there (meaning of course Kim K. will be not far behind on Kanye's dick stalking Beyonce's ass everywhere she goes tonight).
