Dwight Howard Signs With the Rockets.
Dwight Howard's baby bitch ass has signed with the Houston Rockets. Although I really couldn't give a flying fuck, this in theory will immediately make the Rockets one of the top teams in the Western Conference now that they have such a strong line up. But, as we've seen with Howard's last team, it's not only about talent! The Rockets are now back in the conversation as title contenders for the first time in years so good luck to them. Smooches.

The Knicks Trade for Andrea Bargnani
The Knicks have moved Marcus Camby and Steve Novak for former Toronto Raptors Center/Power Forward, Andrea Bargnani. This trade is viewed as a bit puzzling to some because Bargnani is supposedly a 7-foot player that cannot really rebound or play defense, skills that the Knicks most certainly could use.
On the brighter side though, Bargnani has logged some impressive stats in the past, including logging over 21 points per game in the 2010-11 season, as well as over 6 rebounds per game in the season prior to that one. People say that his drastic drop off in stats in the past couple of years may be due to the Raptors playing him in the wrong position, but we'll have to see what he can bring to the table I suppose. He could also be a nice pairing with Tyson in the front court if effective.
The Knicks organization seems to be trying to push on in their pursuit of surrounding Carmelo Anthony with the best role players that they can find/develop, so let's hope this wasn't a step backwards in that plan. Smooches.

Tim Hardaway Jr. to the Knicks
The Knicks selected guard Tim Hardaway Jr. in the NBA Draft last night. It seems like he was a good pick and I actually have seen him play before. Hopefully he can be a great option cause we need more fresh talent! Smooches.
KG & Pierce to the Nets.
Ughhhhhh great those bitch ass motherfuckers are coming to New York!!!! The Nets have seemingly acquired Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Jason Terry in a blockbuster trade and will be giving up 3 first round picks, Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace, and a few others. The Nets are clearly in a win-now mode as they should be and people are saying that this make them a contender, but I don't know if I'm completely buying that just yet. But I guess we'll see. Smooches.

Miami Repeats.
Grab your barf bags and your closest friends and prepare to leap off the roof of the nearest building because "King James" and the Miami Heat have been crowned NBA Champions once again. This annoys me because:
1. Lebron James is an arrogant dick
2. Those Miami bandwagon fans don't deserve shit (Please refer to them leaving game 6 early having no faith in their team to pull off a comeback in the last 20 or so seconds which they in fact did)
3. The Spurs had a chance to wrap this series up in Game 6 and blew a 4 point lead in the past 20 or so seconds!!!
UGHHHH is all I have to say. This mostly irks me because I feel like this Miami Heat team will continue to win championships for the next few years as long as they're together and no one else will have a chance! So depressing.

Jason Kidd Already Looking to Coach.
Rumor has it that Jason Kidd is pursuing the current opening to be the Brooklyn Nets next head coach. I kind of hope this doesn't happen cause I still have love for Kidd and am a bit sad he retired and isn't apart of the Knicks squad anymore, but on the other hand I think he'd be a great coach. Good luck to him.

Jason Kidd Retires after 19 NBA Seasons.
Noooooooooooooo. Jason Kidd has had a wonderful, Hall of Fame career and even though he had a rough end of playoff performance, I have mad respect for him. Farewell Jason!

And That's All, Folks.
I know it happened a few days ago, but I've yet to comment on the fact that the Knicks were ousted from the playoffs by the Indiana Pacers in 6 games mostly because I didn't want to think about it. The Pacers physical style of play down low & rebounding domination was simply too much for the Knicks to overcome in this series and it certainly manifested itself. Melo did his best to put on a show and try to save this series in game 6 as the Knicks attempted an epic comeback on the road, but it wasn't enough.
The Knicks will have to spend the offseason working hard to continue to make the offense gel and possibly add some needed depth for their big men who were dominated throughout this series in particular.
In terms of individual play, Melo did what he was supposed to do for his team but didn't get the support he needed. J.R. Smith was ice cold throughout this entire series and that really really hurt us offensively. In addition to this, Tyson Chandler was uncharacteristically disappointing in this series as well. I don't know what his deal was. On a positive note, Iman Shumpert really came on strong during this series, and Raymond Felton showed us why he was the right choice for this team over Jeremy Lin.
The Knicks will have awhile to reflect on the season and hopefully will come back stronger next year in hopes of going even deeper into the playoffs. It will be interesting to see if J.R. re-signs, and if Kidd, who also had a lackluster playoff performance, will retire. Anyways, Smooches.

The NBA's first Openly Gay Player...
Has arrived! In the name of Jason Collins from the Washington Wizards. Although Jason may not be a Kobe Bryant type of star in the NBA, this is a big step for the league, and a big leap forward for professional sports on a global scale. It was very brave for Jason to come out and stand proud for who he is, and he should be applauded for it! Smooches to Jason in his attempt to make the NBA a more tolerant platform for other players.

Stat Out 6 Weeks...
I really don't know how we've gotten back to this again, but Amar'e Stoudemire has had yet another setback with his injury woes and will require ANOTHER surgery to help his weak knee. I think everyone was caught off guard by this news because Stat had been playing so well as of late, but he's now expected to miss another 6 weeks of the season putting him on schedule to return around the beginning of the playoffs.
This is obviously not good news as his inside presence and dominance as of late has been much needed, but the Knicks are going to have to move forward without him. I get the feeling that Stat may not even return in 6 weeks but who really knows. The Knicks have also been without team star Carmelo Anthony the past few games, but we're hoping that this injury isn't too serious and that he can return soon. In any case, we must keep our heads high and continue to support the Knicks as they push towards the playoffs and onwards. Let's go Knicks!!!

R.I.P. Jerry Buss
Legendary owner Jerry Buss has passed away today. Jerry was the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers and helped his team win 10 NBA Titles during his lifetime. Apparently he had been dealing with cancer for awhile and died as a result of his kidneys failing. Obviously a death of any kind is very saddening, but a story of this magnitude could be the something that wakes the struggling Lakers up and causes them to make a strong push in the second half of the season. R.I.P. to not only one of the greatest owners in NBA history, but of the entire sports world.

The NBA Can Suck a Fat Dick.
The idiots that run the National Basketball Association have ever so wisely made the decision to suspend Carmelo Anthony for the Knicks' next game against the Indiana Pacers. Are you fucking kidding me?? Yes, Carmelo Anthony should not have pursued Kevin Garnett after the game had ended, (even though KG surely deserved a proper beatdown) but for fucks-sake, NOTHING WENT DOWN. I don't necessarily have a problem with the NBA's decision with this particular instance (that's a lie I DO), but more so with the league's lack of consistency over time in handling certain issues like these.
Let me present you with exhibit A: Kevin Garnett himself. KG litearlly choked a Knicks player out at the beginning of last season ON THE COURT at the end of a game after a loss, and what do you think happened to him? A suspension maybe? nope. Oh, but he at least was fined right?? NOPE. And don't even get me started on the fact that KG in the past taunted Tim Duncan by telling him Happy Mother's Day when he is fully aware that Duncan's mother passed away when he was 14. Oh, but KG doesn't deserve any punishment for that because it was just a verbal attack right? NO NO NO NO FUCK NO MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!!! I'm sorry but this shit is PISSING ME OFF!!!!! I feel as though Melo doesn't get the same respect as other top tier players in this league, and the NBA needs to step the fuck up. Melo is constantly being hacked on the way to the basket and he never gets a fucking call!!
Ok, I'm going to try and calm myself down right now and be realistic about things. I will get over this. The Knicks will too. Most importantly, as pist off as I am as a Knicks fan, this team needs to find ways to better keep their composure during games. If this were a playoff game, Melo and the Knicks would have essentially lost because they were unable to handle their tempers. So, the most important thing to take away from this situation in my opinion, is that the Knicks need to find ways to keep their composure because these shitty calls and dirty plays are going to continue whether they like it or not. Mike Woodson must preach to them that they all need to keep a level head because if they don't, it will have severe consequences. Anyways, I'm done speaking of this matter completely now. Smooches.
Trouble in Paradise?
Now that Melo has essentially confirmed the fact that KG said something disrespectful to him, which we think involves his wife Lala, there are new rumors out that Carmelo and Lala have actually been "estranged" for months now. This may have been the reason why Melo was extra touchy about the topic, if that is what KG brought up in his trash-talking tirade during Tuesday night's game. There is a rumor out right now that Melo and Lala haven't been living together for months and that their marriage is on the rocks. But after all, these are just rumors so let's wait and see if anything else comes out about this. Anyways I hope La and Melo can work it out, especially for the sake of their adorable son Kiyan. Smooches.

Good News for My Knicks.
Iman Shumpert has made great leaps lately and is seemingly very close to playing again. Doctors told him that he is now cleared for full contact practice which means that he could be back in the lineup to some capacity in a matter of a weeks or even sooner. This is AWESOME news because Shumpert proved last year that he can be one of the best perimeter defensive players in the NBA despite his young age. Iman will mostly likely be eased back into the lineup like Stat has, but regardless, the thought of having an almost 100% healthy team is getting me so excited!! Hopefully Shump won't face any setbacks and can get back on the court soon because we definitely need his help. Smooches.
Melo Don't Play.
The biggest trash-talking pussy on the planet, Kevin Garnett, came close to getting exactly what he deserves last night as Carmelo Anthony waited for his ass outside of the Celtic's team bus AND the visitors locker room last night after the game. Hopefully Melo won't get suspended for this, but in reality, the only thing that disappoints me about this is that Melo didn't get a chance to beat KG's ass outside of Madison Square Garden. KG can suck multiple bags of dicks. Smooches.

My Celtics/Paul Pierce Rant
I'd just like to say that Paul Pierce is the ashiest nigga on the face of this earth. How are you going to make millions of dollars and show your face on national television looking like Ashy Larry's oversized, leprechaun-ass cousin?????? I'm tired of watching his slow ass hit clutch fadeaway jumpers. Someone please throw that nigga in a nursing home before I fall asleep!!! I'm going to start a petition and send it to the NBA to fine him every time he looks like a homeless crackhead before he plays. That nigga will be broke within minutes!!!! Obviously I'm ranting right now because the Knicks just lost to the Celtics, but I really don't give a fuck!!!
Oh and Kevin Garnett is garbage and talks entirely too much shit. I really wish Melo had knocked him the FUCK out tonight! KG runs his stupid, ugly mouth nonstop and I truly hope he gets what he deserves one day (a glorious beat-down in a dark alleyway of course!!!!). Melo had a horrible night shooting and KG obviously got under his skin with some dirty-ass shit talking, because Carmelo rarely loses his cool that easily. Anyways I'm done, it is only one game of the regular season after all. I just needed to express how much I hate the Celtics. Oh and the city of Boston is worthless as well. Bye.

Welcome Back, Stat.
Amar'e Stoudemire is set to make his return to the court for the NY Knicks tonight against the Portland Trailblazers at Madison Square Garden. As many have speculated, Stat will most likely be coming off of the bench in his return to kind of ease his way back into the game after this long absence. There's a chance that his role as a back up may even stick for awhile because of the continuity that the Knicks have found on the court as of late. You can hate on Stat all you want, but in the grander scheme of things we're definitely going to need his scoring and inside presence on the court, especially when Melo is lagging (no matter how rare that may be). So let's send smooches to Amar'e in hopes that he will stay healthy and return to his dominant form.

Woah There Los Angeles...
So the Lakers just signed the Knicks former head coach, Mike D'Antoni to a 3 year deal with a 4th year as an option, which I wouldn't have seen as such a shocker if I didn't know that they rejected PHIL FUCKING JACKSON in the process!!!!!!!! What the FUCK are they thinking???!! Phil Jackson is probably the best NBA coach to ever walk the planet and has won a ridiculous amount of NBA Championships including some with the Lakers, and they passed on a nigga just like that?????
What's even more puzzling is that Phil was sure he was going to be offered this job, and was supposedly shocked to hear that it had been offered to D'Antoni. I'm not saying D'Antoni is a bad coach or anything, but he has nowhere near the credentials that Mr. Jackson has, so I think this is truly surprising to all of us. Good luck to the Lakers because there is going to be a shitstorm in L.A. if this decision ends up falling apart. Smooches.

THAT'S HOW WE DO IT NY!!!
The Knicks provided the city of New York with a very nice little distraction from all of the tragedies of Hurricane Sandy by blowing out the Miami Heat in their season opener, 104-84. The Knicks came out the gate firing on all cylinders and were lights out against the defending champs building an early lead that never gave out. The defense was looking pretty strong as well as we held Miami to only 84 points. I hope this is a indicator of more good things to come, but it is a long season indeed. Smooches.

NOOOOOOO!!!!
That rachet-ass bitch, Hurricane Sandy has postponed the Knicks-Nets season opener at the Barclays Center tomorrow night, BOOOOOO. As for now though, the Knicks home-opener against the Miami Heat is still set for Friday night at Madison Square Garden. Apparently the Knicks-Nets game will be scheduled for a later date which has still not been determined. Smooches.
