Actress & former child-star, Amanda Bynes is obviously becoming the new Li-Lo because this bitch just keeps fucking up over and over again. She has been in trouble with the law over the past few months for drinking and driving, hit-and-runs, and now an image has supposedly surfaced of her smokin' that gud gud behind the wheel.
