As I just mentioned, the Knicks not too long ago clinched a playoff berth which is great fucking news to say the least. It's certainly been a rollercoaster of a season, but we somehow managed to get it together, at least for now. The Knicks are currently in the 7th seed in the Eastern Conference playoff picture, with an identical record to the 76ers. We hold the tiebreaker with the Sixers, so if we end up with the same record as them by the end of the season, we will hold onto the 7th seed.
What would be absolutely fucking incredible though, is if the Orlando Magic continue their downward spiral without Dwight Howard & lose their remaining games and we win our last 2 games. That's going to be a tough one though, considering the Magic's next opponent is the Charlotte Bobcats (refer to my post about them being the joke of the NBA if you are unfamiliar with them), and our next opponent is the Los Angeles Clippers, although that is a home game. If we were to steal the 6th seed by the Magic losing out and us winning out, we would play the Indiana Pacers who we almost swept in the regular season, instead of the Miami Heat or Chicago Bulls in the 1st round, which would certainly be no walk in the park.
All I can do is pray that the Magic produce an epic collapse, and that we win out the rest of the season. But in any case, I will most certainly update the progress of the playoff race this week. And don't forget, the NBA playoffs begin this Saturday, so get pumped everyone!!!!! Smooches to my Knicks.
