Apparently this is what 17 year old Ali Lohan looks like these days. I'm actually not sure if I'm buying that this is really her just because I'm in shock from the horror of this, but for now all I can do is sit here and shake my head while feeling the chunks rise. This is really sad, that whole family needs help.
